Get ready to be LIT UP from the inside out! Zia is calling in all of her tribe who feel called to invite this up-leveled medicine into their lives. Drip Hot! Ecstatic Dance, allows you to get primal and go deeper in your soul work.
I know you’ve been feelin' it and IT IS TIME to crank up your VOLUME and release all anxiety, negativity and fear. This weekly Saturday LIFESTYLE is energizing, fun and a healthy detox to typical nightlife.
The dance will begin with Zia's Ecstatic Chakra Signature Breathwork done in a beautiful hot yoga space to crank up the volume of what you want to RELEASE. After 45 minutes of breathing and releasing, REVIVE in an ice bath (optional).
