Where do we meet?

Upham Beach Park - Park near the Caprice Condos and use the beach access ramp farthest to the right. Once on the sand, pass the volleyball nets to the left and turn right. We will be located between rocks of the second ocean inlet. Look for our sign.

How can I be considerate of others?

• No talking on the dance floor. This is a space of 'no mind'. It is an immersive experience where you can feel free to just BE.

• Nothing left behind. Let go! Cry. Chant. Call in spirit. As long as it's respectful of everyone's experience.

• No judgement of self or others. Be authentic and FREE!
